– How do I collect the stickers for my Bingo Card?
Purchase of One (1) main dish = One (1) sticker.
A sticker will be issued upon purchase of any Pepper Lunch (PL restaurants, PL Express stores, PL GO! kiosk) or Pepper Kitchen main dish at the participating stores. Please refer to our websites for participating outlets. Different concepts will issue different coloured stickers.
– What do I need to do to qualify for Peel & Win event?
To qualify for a chance in the final event, dine at any Pepper Lunch or Pepper Kitchen outlet and collect stickers and Bingo Card.
Participants have to collect 8 Bingo Stickers of any colour combination in order to register for the possibility of one (1) chance to join the Peel & Win event.
Upon collection and pasting 8 stickers on a single Bingo card, visit pepperlunch.campaign.sg to register by 30 June 2022, 11.59pm. Any duplicates of uploads of card or sticker will be rejected.
– Who is/are eligible?
The Contest is open to all to citizens, permanent residents and foreigners above the age of 18.
– Can I paste stickers from Pepper Lunch Singapore and Pepper Kitchen onto the same card?
Yes, the white, yellow and orange stickers can be accumulated on a single card, regardless whether the card is collected from Pepper Lunch stores or Pepper Kitchen stores, as long as all 8 stickers are pasted in a single card for submission.
– Can I combine the stickers from different cards?
No, all 8 Stickers have to be pasted in a single card (either green Pepper Lunch or blue Pepper Kitchen) to qualify for one chance. Stickers from multiple cards cannot be combined to qualify for 1 entry.
– What if I am not issued the stickers upon my purchase?
Stickers for the card will have to be issued at the point of purchase. There will be a “redeemed” chop stamped onto the receipt to indicate that sticker/s have been issued. We will not be able to issue the stickers for the card once customers have left the cashier area. Please ensure that you collect them before you leave the counter.
For orders submitted through web-order at all participating Pepper Lunch Restaurants, Pepper Lunch GO! or Asia Square Food Garden, customers will have to approach the cashier to collect the respective number of sticker(s) and card. Sticker and card must be collected within the day of purchase.
– Delivery Customers –
If the stickers are missing or torn. Please write in to Marketing_pepperlunch@sfbi.com.sg screenshot the (1) Delivery partner’s receipt from the email, (2) take a photo of the contents of the items delivered or the torn stickers, (3) Card image and we will take note of your card details and missing stickers during your submission for the event.
– How do I register?
Visit Pepperlunch.campaign.sg and click on ‘Register’ to submit your details and upload images of your stickers and card/s.
Please retain your Bingo Card(s). You will need to present them for verification for the final event if you are invited to the event.
– How many chances will I get at the Peel & Win event ?
Each person can submit up to 2 entries, any subsequent submission will not be considered. Participants who submit 2 Bingo Cards increase the probability of being randomly selected. Each participant will only have 1 chance/slot in the final event to win 1 prize.
– What do I do after I have registered online?
We will process your entry, reach out to you via sms/whatsapp if you one of the selected 500 participants. If you are not contacted, you are not one of the selected 500 participants. We thank you for your participation.
– Am I guaranteed a timeslot once I register?
Submission and registration does not guarantee a spot in the Peel & Win event. 500 participants will be randomly selected to win 500 prizes. Each person can submit up to 2 entries, any subsequent submission will not be considered. Only those contacted via SMS or Whatsapp message and invited, selected a time slot and received a confirmation email are considered to have successfully secured a spot in the final event.
– Where or When is the final event?
More details on the Peel & Win event will be revealed at a later date.
– What if I am unable to attend the Peel & Win final event?
If a participant be unable to attend in person, a representative may be appointed on his or her behalf through (i) prior communication to the organiser and (ii) a simple letter of authorisation from the participant authorising the representative.
If no representative is appointed, the chance will be deemed null and void in such circumstances with no further compensation.
– What do I need to bring to the final event?
Participants must present a valid NRIC or Foreign Identification Number (FIN) for verification and the submitted Bingo Card(s) with the original stickers with serial numbers at the venue on the allocated date and time.
Participants below 18 years old must bring along an original copy of an endorsed parental/guardian consent form and be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
