Pepper Lunch Restaurant
General Terms & Conditions (Last updated 11 October 2024)
ELIGIBILITY
1. A Sizzlin’ Win! (the “Campaign”) is open to all WhatsApp users in Singapore aged 18 years and above.
2. Participants who are below 18 years old must have proper parental/ guardian’s consent to participate in this Campaign. By participating in the Campaign, such consent is deemed to have been obtained. Upon request of production of such parental/ guardian’s consent by Hot Palette (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. (“Hot Palette”), participants below 18 years old who are unable to produce the consent will be automatically disqualified from the Campaign and Prizes would not be awarded.
3. This Campaign is not open to (a) employees of Hot Palette, its affiliate companies, or their advertising, fulfilment and promotion agencies; (b) immediate family members of such employees listed in category (a); and (c) individuals who are prohibited from participating in any games of chance or skill, or this Campaign, under the laws of their country of citizenship, residency or domicile.
4. In case of any ambiguity or dispute, Hot Palette’s interpretation of the rules and regulations shall be conclusive.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD & KEY DATES
1. The Campaign will run from 19 September 2024 to 29 December 2024 (“Campaign Period”).
2. Entries received outside of this Campaign Period will automatically be disqualified. Hot Palette shall not be liable for any lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
3. Submission for the Campaign on Pepper Lunch’s Whatsapp Business account will commence on 19 September 2024 and ends on 31 December 2024. Entries received after 31 December 2024 will not be accepted.
4. The Grand Draw will be conducted in two stages:
(a) First Grand Draw: 454 winners will be selected from entries submitted through Pepper Lunch, Pepper Lunch Express, and Pepper Kitchen. This draw will take place on 24 October 2024.
(b) Second Grand Draw: 3,508 winners will be selected from the same brands, with the draw taking place on 14 January 2025.
5. The winning entries will be randomly selected using computerized means in the prescience of an independent scrutineer. A recorded video of the selection will be posted on Pepper Lunch and Pepper Kitchen’s Instagram accounts. 6. Winners from the First Grand Draw will be notified through Pepper Lunch’s WhatsApp Business account between 28 to 30 October 2024, while Second Grand Draw winners will be notified between 20 to 24 January 2025.

PARTICIPATION – GENERAL RULES
1. To participate in the Campaign and be eligible for the Grand Draw, Pepper Lunch rewards and prizes, participants will need to use the WhatsApp application. More information can be found at https://www.pepperlunch.com.sg/
2. Participants will receive a welcome message on WhatsApp after signing up for the Campaign. By joining the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Hot Palette may use, process or disclose (including to third parties overseas) such personal data collected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Hot Palette’s Privacy Policy https://www.hotpalette-apac.com/privacy-policy/. Each participant consents to such collection, use, processing and disclosure of his/her personal information, and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. Validity of each entry for the Campaign is conditional on the participant providing this information. A consent form will be sent to participants via WhatsApp for such acceptance.
4. A standardized bot menu will be provided for participants to select their choices and intentions.

Campaign Part 1:
5. From 19 September to 16 October 2024, participants must submit Pepper Lunch Restaurant purchase receipts with a minimum spending of S$18.00 (in a single receipt) for entry into the Campaign.
6. Submission of receipts through WhatsApp may take up to 3 working days for successful verification.
7. Pepper Lunch Restaurant receipts for Dine in and Takeaway that meet the minimum spending requirement of S$18.00 (in a single receipt) will be accepted.
8. Participants will be eligible for a random dining perk at random as follows for each verified submission:
(i) Free Egg with any main dish purchased
(ii) Free Soft Drinks* with any main dish purchased
(iii) S$2 off with any main dish purchased from Cheesy Sizzling Rice Category
(iv) Free Upgrade to Jumbo for Pepper Rice category (except broccoli and mushroom)
Remarks: No exchange of dining promotion is permitted. Terms & Conditions apply.
9. Participants will be automatically entered into the Grand Draw with one entry of verified Pepper Lunch Restaurant receipts with minimum spending requirement of S$50.00 (combination of multiple receipts are acceptable). A WhatsApp confirmation will be sent for such entry.

Campaign Part 2:
1. From 17 October to 31 December 2024, participants must submit Pepper Lunch Restaurant purchase receipts with a minimum spending of S$18.00 (in a single receipt) for entry into the Campaign.
2. Participants will be automatically entered into the Grand Draw with one entry of verified Pepper Lunch Restaurant receipts with minimum spending requirement of S$20.00 (combination of multiple receipts are acceptable). A WhatsApp confirmation will be sent for such entry.
3. Pepper Lunch Restaurant receipts for Dine in and Takeaway that meet the spending requirement of S$20.00 (single or combination of multiple receipts) will be accepted.
4. Submission of receipts through WhatsApp may take up to 3 working days for successful verification.
5. Participants can accumulate unlimited chances using a single mobile number, as long as each chance is verified with a qualifying Pepper Lunch Restaurant receipt.
6. Only Pepper Lunch Restaurant receipts are eligible for entry into the Grand Draw. Receipts from Pepper Kitchen and/or Pepper Lunch Express will not be accepted.

PRIZES AND COLLECTION

(a) No exchange of prizes will be allowed.

(c) Grand Draw winners must provide their contact information in response to the WhatsApp message from the Pepper Lunch WhatsApp bot within 3 working days (excluding weekend and Public Holidays) of the announcement on 24 October 2024 and 20 January 2025 respectively. Failure to do so will result in automatic disqualification, and Hot Palette reserves the right to choose a new winner.
(d) For the first Grand Draw, all prizes must be claimed in person by the winners or their authorized representatives between 1 November 2024 and 21 November 2024.
(e) For the second Grand Draw, all prizes must be claimed between 3 February 2025 and 21 February 2025.
(f) Winners shall collect the prizes at 63 Club Street, First Floor, Singapore 069437, excluding weekends and public holidays.
(g) Notwithstanding the above, winners of the first Grand Draw for the Flight Tickets with a $300 Pepper Lunch Voucher, PS5 Slim Edition with a $300 Pepper Lunch Voucher, and Nintendo Switch with a $300 Pepper Lunch Voucher must claim their prizes by 21 November 2024.
(h) Winners of the second Grand Draw must claim their prizes by 21 February 2025.
(i) Winners shall collect the prizes at 1 Coleman Street, #10-08/09, The Adelphi, Singapore 179803.
(j) Winners have to present original NRIC upon prize collection.
(k) In the event representatives are sent by the winners to collect their prize on their behalf, a written authorisation (which shall include last 4 digits of the winner’s NRIC) is required.
(l) In the event any winner fails to claim the prizes by 21 February 2025 (the last date of collection of prizes), such winner shall forfeit his/her claim on the prize and no substitutes will be provided in whole or in part. Hot Palette shall have the right to donate any unclaimed prizes to charity houses, with specific details to be announced after 21 February 2025 https://www.pepperlunch.com.sg/,if any.

OTHER CONDITIONS
1. Hot Palette (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd (“Hot Palette”) is not and shall not be held responsible for any delays, errors or any other problems caused by technical issues related to the Campaign, including but not limited to the breakdown, technical malfunction of any computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any website or the telecommunication service or a combination thereof, including injury or damage to any person’s computer or mobile phone related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in or in connection with the Campaign.

In no event shall Hot Palette, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, representatives and agents (collectively, “Affiliates”), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any acceptance of the Prize, the use of the Prize, any entry into the Campaign, or any participation in any prize related activity. By entering into the Campaign, participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless Hot Palette and their Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.
3. Hot Palette and their Affiliates make no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or anything in these Terms and Conditions, Hot Palette and their Affiliates are not liable for any defect in or malfunction of prizes, and winners assume all risks and liability in connection with and associated to the use of the prizes. For the avoidance of doubt, no provision in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as limiting the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under the laws of Singapore.

Personal information or any data (including images) (“Data”) collected or received from participants may be used by Hot Palette, and/or their respective agents and agencies forth purposes of administering the Campaign. The Data may also be used to conduct a background check on participants’ identity and verify participants’ eligibility to participate and receive a prize. Hot Palette values all personal information received and shall not disclose or furnish your personal information to any unrelated third parties (save for their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of the Campaign or where required by law). 5. Hot Palette reserves the rights to amend, add, replace, vary and/or modify these Term and Conditions without any prior notice. Entry into this Campaign confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
6. This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each participant agrees to indemnify and hold Hot Palette harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal costs on an indemnity basis) arising from any breach by the participant of these Terms and Conditions and/or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the participant’s participation in the Campaign.
5. Hot Palette reserves the rights to amend, add, replace, vary and/or modify these Term and Conditions without any prior notice. Entry into this Campaign confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
6. This Campaign and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
7. In the event there is any dispute arising from the Campaign or relating to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hot Palette shall be final and binding on all parties. No correspondence, appeal or further claims will be entertained.
