– Before ordering, customers must inform our staff of their registered mobile number to earn stamps and redeem vouchers.
– Complimentary food item(s) redeemed using vouchers are available for dine in customers only, subject to availability, and valid with the purchase of any main dish.
– Complimentary food item(s) are fixed as stated in the voucher and are not exchangeable for other items, upgrades or cash.
– Vouchers are not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, privileges, offers, or cashback programs (including but not limited to Teppan-tastic Weekday Deals, Plaza Singapura’s Signature Combo).
– Voucher redemption is valid at all Pepper Lunch Express outlets in Singapore.
– Stamps and vouchers have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
– Hot Palette (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to reject voucher redemption in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, technical errors or system malfunction.
– Hot Palette (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, Hot Palette (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd.’s decision shall be final and binding.
– This digital stamp card is valid until 30 June 2026. Stamps and vouchers earned are valid until 31 July 2026, with no replacement or extensions allowed.
